EGG FRITATTA
Here is a great egg fritatta recipe that is nutritious and delicious.Â
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray the pan lightly. Saute any vegetables (about 2 cups). Whisk together:

8 eggs
1/4 cup of milk (or almond milk)
Dash of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Put the veggies evenly in the bottom of each spot and pour egg mixture over about half full. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese. Bake about 18-20 minutes. Cool on a rack and then you are done. You can add substitutions wherever you like.
