How To Perform A Proper Deadlift

Here is a demonstration of one of my favorite exercises which is a deadlift using a barbell and dumbbells. It is a great exercise that targets the glutes, hamstrings and back muscles. It is a hip dominant exercise so if you have tight hips or tight hamstrings, you might want to work on a bit of hip mobility first. As always, focus on bracing the core and keeping a neutral or long spine so the load won’t go into the back.
