Are you taking time for yourself during the day if even for five minutes? Do you tell yourself that you are important, that you matter? Investing in ourselves is an important part of our overall fitness. It is necessary for our mental and physical health. We often get caught up in the hurried pace of the day by taking care of the kids, going to work, grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, etc. You get the idea. 

 
We tend to get left out if we don’t show a little self-love. Take some time during the day if even for a few minutes to pray, meditate or both. Get a massage or if there’s time go to a movie. Find what it is that will give you inner peace. This is how we feed the soul.
