Workout:            3 sets of 10-12 reps, 1 min. rest between sets

  • Squats
  • Lunges (Reverse lunge to a lateral lunge)
  • Single leg RDL’s (Romanian deadlifts)
  • Pushups
  • Plank walks
  • Superman
  • Plank-30 seconds with both feet on floor and 10-15 seconds of a single leg plank
