Workout: 3 sets of 10-12 reps, 1 min. rest between sets
- Squats
- Lunges (Reverse lunge to a lateral lunge)
- Single leg RDL’s (Romanian deadlifts)
- Pushups
- Plank walks
- Superman
- Plank-30 seconds with both feet on floor and 10-15 seconds of a single leg plank
