I’m not much of a chef but one of my favorite go to dishes during this time has been baked salmon with mustard and dill. It’s a really easy dish to prepare and doesn’t take long to cook.

Ingredients:

2 servings of salmon fillet or salmon of your choice

1/4 tsp. of Black pepper

1/2 tsp. of Mrs. Dash Salt free garlic and herb seasoning

1 tsp. of Dijon mustard

Season salmon with black pepper and garlic and herb seasoning. Spread a teaspoon of mustard over each piece of salmon. Spread dill over the salmon. Wrap each piece of salmon in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
