Here is a demonstration of a kneeling pulldown and tricep extension combination done with a resistance band. This exercise works the lats, abs and triceps.
By performing the exercise this way my abs have to work harder because I don’t have my legs to support me. I’m using a foam pad to support my knees but you can use a mat or a towel. It’s important to keep the shoulders down and spine in neutral position. As you’re pulling the band down to the sides of your body, tighten your abs.
