PLANK ROWS USING GLIDERS
Here is a video demonstration of a plank row using a bungee cord (or you can use a band) while using gliders. The reason behind using something unstable under my feet is to challenge the core.
When setting up in a plank make sure to keep the spine neutral and the hips even. Hands should be directly under your shoulders. As you pull the band in keep the elbows tucked to your sides and exhale. If you need to modify it you can perform the exercise on your knees.
In this video I added scissors and mountain climbers for a little anaerobic work as well in between each side. Try it out and watch your form!
