There is no quick fix when going after our dreams or striving for success This principle applies to just about everything in life. If we look at it in terms of our fitness journey for example, the steps needed are 1) set a goal, 2) map out the steps needed to reach our goal and 3) decide that we will focus and do whatever is necessary to stay the course.

Granted, it won’t always be easy but as it’s been said nothing worth having is ever easy. We appreciate it more when we know we put the work in and no one can ever take that from us. There are no shortcuts to success. It really does come down to determination and hard work. Find ways to share your journey with a friend, partner or even a group to hold each other accountable.
