Here is a demonstration of a pushup into a DB row. This exercise is advanced because the Beckford bar is used to perform an unstable pushup which really challenges the dynamic of the exercise challenging the core a bit more.
To make this exercise more stable, you can perform the pushup in a plank or kneeling position.
Make sure to keep your core engaged throughout the entire movement. Inhale as you go into a pushup and exhale as you row. Have fun!
