Here is a video demonstration of tricep dips. This is a great bodyweight exercise to target the triceps. You can use a bench, chair or they can be done on the floor. When performing the dips, the hands should be placed on the edge of the bench and shoulder width apart. It’s important to sit as close to the bench as possible so as not to put stress on the shoulders. The knees can be bent or extended.to make it more challenging. Perform 3 sets of 15-20 reps.
