Halloween is approaching (as Denim the Ewok is shown getting ready) In my book, it’s the unofficial start to the holidays. With that said, it’s more important than ever to stay focused on our goals, our nutrition and our workouts. We don’t want to get caught behind the eight ball but want to stay ahead of the game.

If you celebrate Halloween and like to indulge a bit, that’s perfectly fine. Just remember to get back on track as Thanksgiving is only a few short weeks away after that. Life is short and I don’t believe in total deprivation so go ahead and treat yourself in moderation only if you have been staying disciplined up until.
