Short on time? Here’s a great compound exercise that works the biceps and shoulders all in one. 

For this exercise you can use an EZ curl bar, dumbbells or a body bar. When starting, keep elbows close to your sides. Keep abs tight, knees slightly bent. Inhale to curl and exhale to press. Try it for 3 sets of 12 repetitions.
