DON’T LET THE HOLIDAYS GET YOU OFF TRACK!

This time of year it’s even more important to stick to our fitness routine. It can be more of a challenge with Thanksgiving approaching but not impossible. Now might be a good time to ramp up your workouts. If you’ve been working out 3 times a week, you might want to pick it up to 4 or more for example but make sure you add in your day of rest. You want to enjoy the holiday without regret.
