SBT (Suspended Bodyweight Training) Extreme Workout

Here is a demonstration of a total body workout that is quick and efficient using the SBT (Suspended Bodyweight Training) Extreme. 

  1. SBT Pistol squat
  2. Suspended Pushup with a modification
  3. Suspended lunge
  4. Row to a Pullout

Perform the exercises for 2-3 sets of 12-15 repetitions. Remember to always keep the abs tight throughout the movement. When squatting or lunging, please keep the knee behind the toe or over the ankle.
