DELIVERING MEALS FOR CARITAS/MEALS ON Main Street

I’m so excited!
Starting, Saturday, April 24th, DENIM’S ARMY will be delivering meals for Caritas/Meals on Main Street in Portchester! There are several volunteer opportunities from preparing meals for delivery or delivering meals. Please log onto: www.mealsonmainstreet.org for info. 
OR you can join DENIM’S ARMY as we continue to coordinate our efforts with Feeding Westchester. There are a couple of ways to contribute.
1) We will be collecting non-perishable foods in ziplock freezer bags from you, the donors, (being mindful of expiration dates) to distribute to those in need.
2) If you choose to drop off your food donation, here is the link to their website @ feeding westchester.org as well as the link to their Amazon Food Drive Wishlist. 
I was told that participants can simply note ‘Denim’s Army Food Drive’ on the gift receipt- and they will be able to credit the weight toward Denim’s food drive.
