In this video I’m pulling a bit of weight using a sled. This is a favorite of mine because it targets the whole body, including the core. It’s a strong move because as the weight is being pulled while walking backward in a half squat, everything has to move in sync. 
It’s important to keep your core engaged, keep a neutral spine and breathe throughout the entire movement. You can start out with light weight and then progress to heavier weight.
