It’s been awhile since I’ve published my newsletters. I took some time off but now I’m back and ready to help you make 2018 your best year yet!

With that said what are your short-term goals and long-term goals? What do you have your sights set on? A client is turning fifty this year and looking to be in the best shape possible. Another client wants to get into her old wardrobe. My personal goal is to create more balance in my life.
