WHAT IS YOUR WHY?
 
What is it that you want to strive for or conquer? What is your “why”? When we find our “why” and set the wheels in motion to go about getting it done, we find that IT IS POSSIBLE. It’s not always easy but then again, if it were easy we would not be tested and show what we’re really made of. 
 
I found this out while training for this competition. My “why” is in honor of my Dad for not giving up and continuing to fight. I didn’t know how I was going to get through some of the most grueling workouts I could ever imagine but I continue to dig deep and keep my “why” in the forefront of my mind.
 
This applies to everyday life as well as our fitness goals. Decide on your “why,” make a plan and then go and get it!
