Jaena Bradley is a Personal Trainer with certifications from N.A.S.M. (National Academy of Sports Medicine), A.C.E. (American Council on Exercise) and NFPT (National Federation of Professional Trainers). She has specialized certifications as a Medical Exercise Specialist (MES) Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) and Pre-Post Natal Exercise.

She is a Pilates instructor as well, certified in Polestar Pilates (a physical therapy- based Pilates format).

Jaena is an SBT (Suspension Bodyweight Training) Coach as well.

JFIT FITNESS FULL IMMERSION PROGRAM

The Full Immersion Program is designed for the individual who wants to focus on the various components of fitness in a structured setting. The program consists of: A Complimentary Comprehensive Fitness Assessment (including Body Composition Analysis), One-on-one Personal Training, Skype Call Training for the client on the go, Basic Nutritional Counseling and Program Design.

The program is a great way to address all the client’s needs in a personalized setting. It offers the client total access to the Fitness Professional so there is never a need to worry about falling off track.

If you are new to exercise, work out occasionally but need direction or have been instructed by a health practitioner to incorporate a complete fitness program then this program is for you.

Here is what you get:

COMPLIMENTARY FITNESS ASSESSMENT:

-The complimentary Fitness Assessment is the first stage in the Immersion Program. During the fitness assessment the following tests are conducted: strength test, push/pull, body composition testing, weight measurements, blood pressure, movement pattern and flexibility. The assessment is a great way to look at muscle imbalances as well.

There is also a re-assessment or re-evaluation and weigh-in done at a time agreed upon when determining the clients’ goals from the initial assessment.

PERSONAL TRAINING:

-The Immersion Program includes hourly one-on-one personal training sessions done in an injury free and safely controlled environment. The sessions consist of a warmup, the workout and flexibility or stretching. It is a great way to really focus on the clients’ goals and fitness needs. The personal training sessions are designed to target different areas and focus on the strengths and weaknesses of the client which is why every session will be different yet challenging.

NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING:

-The Nutritional Counseling aspect of the Immersion Program focuses on offering basic nutritional guidelines to the client to help the client get on the right track and stay focused. It ties in to the total package because results are not only attained through personal training but the nutritional aspect is just as important. With the nutritional counseling offering, the client and fitness professional discuss what a typical day should look like regarding how to eat (ex. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) as well as recommended macronutrient percentages necessary to achieve results and what to eat pre and post exercise.

SKYPE AND OR EMAIL OR TEXT:

-The ability to skype or face time is an important component of the Immersion Program because it allows the client to stay focused and still have access to the trainer if they are traveling for work or on vacation. It basically eliminates any excuses. It is a great way to hold the client accountable and truly makes for a total team effort. The option to email and or text is also important because it allows the client to have faster access to the trainer.

PROGRAM DESIGN:

-This part of the Immersion Program is to specifically continue to meet and exceed the needs for the clients’ health and fitness. Because program design is vitally important to a successful program, there is some time involved for the fitness professional to create a program which will evolve and continue to meet the needs of the client as they progress. What makes the program design unique is the knowledge and expertise that the fitness professional brings to the program. The program design will offer updates bi-weekly and monthly.

ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING IN STUDIO & IN HOME 

-I offer one-on-one, partner training, and small group training at ELITE Life and Fitness in Scarsdale, N.Y.

This enables me the opportunity to work with my clients in an intimate setting while providing all the necessary tools needed to give a challenging and effective workout.

My college-age daughter was the first in the family to meet Jaena. During school breaks, she and some of her friends enrolled in classes – they absolutely loved the workouts and Jaena.

So, when I had had my fill of physical therapy after my total knee replacement several months ago and felt I needed something more, my daughter told me I absolutely had to reach out to Jaena, which I did. My daughter was spot-on.

I am probably not the typical client in that I had the knee replacement but I am also headed for double hip surgery in two weeks. These issues did not deter Jaena…..on top of the incredible knowledge and experience she has, she has done her own research for people in my situation.

She has not only made me stronger and ready for more surgery, but she has also made my entire body more fit than ever before. And while some of the exercises aren’t “fun”, Jaena has the most engaging smile, upbeat personality and marvelous work ethic which makes you want to persevere. Jaena, you are a blessing. Thank you.
